    Scopes of Work: This project includes replacing windows, doors and applying metal wrap to the exterior window trim, fascia and soffit. Additionally, the scope covers the installation of an exterior bulkhead door. The work further encompasses lead abatement of building components and the implementation of lead-based paint interim controls.

  • Florence CC RTU replacement

    Description of the Project: Direct replacement of 2 - 7.5 ton Carrier Roof top units including economizers and hail guards. R-454B refrigerant, reconnect line voltage, low voltage wiring, and gas piping. No substitutions. Include delivery of new units, disposal of old units. Start and test operation.

    Scopes of Work: HVAC work. Direct Replacement of (2) 7.5 ton Carrier RTU's on the gymnasium roof.

    Completion Date: As soon as possible

    Requirements: Master Mechanical License. Licensed Electrician.
